How we turn filings into research
Public data layer
Filings, returns since disclosure, sector context, and methodology stay free. We publish source links to primary PDFs wherever available so you can verify every row.
Member interpretation layer
Scored signal feed, plain-English trade context, historical archives, and optional portfolio strategy detail are member value. Signals are ranked 0–100 with evidence chips and risk notes — delivered by email digest, not noise.
Transparent methodology
Read our methodology for public-entry timing, horizon choices, and known limitations. We label marked-to-market outcomes clearly and never imply filings are real-time trade alerts.
Who uses Insider Alpha
Retail traders screening politician activity, journalists tracking conflicts of interest, and researchers building event studies on delayed insider information all start in the same public database. Compare officials side by side, export slices for offline work, or follow the daily signal email when you want interpretation without babysitting the PTR feed.
